
Robin S. Moselle
Robin Moselle has been advocating for creditors’ rights since 1991. She represents creditors throughout the state of Florida in pre-suit through post-judgment matters. Robin is a graduate of Tulane University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and Nova Southeastern University/Shepard Broad College of Law, where earned her J.D. degree. Robin currently sits on the Board of Governors for NSU Shepard Broward College of Law. She is a Past President of the Broward County Bar Association, the largest voluntary bar association in South Florida with over 3,500 members, as well as a past chair of Legal Aid Services of Broward County and Coast to Coast Legal Aid, and a past vice-president of Debbie’s Dream Foundation: Curing Stomach Cancer where she currently sits on their Board Development Committee. Robin has been actively involved with the collection industry her entire career belonging to organizations including the Commercial Law League of America, the International Association of Commercial Collectors, and the Commercial Collection Agencies of America. She is a frequent speaker before organizations and associations on issues involving collection matters and professional responsibility. Robin is the recipient of the Legal Aid Service of Broward County 2018 Russell E. Carlisle Advocacy Award, a 2016 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County nominee, and was featured in inWeston Magazine in the “Moms That Rock” article in April 2014.
